LJ Monday?
Unfortunately, not going to be able to join the fun today (Sun) - but wondering if anyone is interested in a LJ run on Monday if weather looks fair and river is ~8 ft or lower.

I'm interested. I've only done the LJ once. Level was at 5.8.It was fun and I felt perfectly in control. I'm a newbie, 1st season paddling, I have a roll in my creek boat and play boat although it isn't always reliable. How much more difficult is the LJ at this level or 8-9ft? I've completed the whitewater course with Greg Velzy at Chesterfield county.
I'm really interested in getting out there this week and today seems like the best shot.
Let me know if you're willing to have me tag along.

I never sit still, unless Im in a boat, or in the loo, or in a car, but other than those, I never sit still...

not a problem. I will hold off for today. I would rather be safe and have fun rather then putting you guys in a sticky situation and then you never invite me back out again. thanks for the info.

Don't think I'll make it.
