after consulting with a few trusted advisors, and due to multiple unforseen circumstances, I am cancelling the official trip. Rockbridge Baths water level is at the border between mid- and hi-flow, and there are storms expected today so I don't know what the water levels will do. Additionally, I have had a medical issue taking me out of the picture for the weekend.
Apologies to everyone. I encourage you to make plans with your paddle buddies and get out somewhere.

Hello paddlers,
I am on the calendar for a trip next Saturday, for Rockbridge Baths. With the current water level, and the projection of only maybe an inch of rain early in the week, it is unlikely we'll have enough water for that trip. I'm wishing for it, and praying to the rain and river gods for just the right amount of rain before then.
If we can't do RB, we'll punt to paddling Balcony Falls.
I'll make a determination Thursday or Friday.

I've heard from 8 people that are interested, and right now if I had to guess I'd say we are doing Rockbridge Baths, but I'd like to watch the gage for another day. currently at 2.71 ft and maybe starting to level off, with less then 0.5 inch more rain in the forecast. Will make the call Friday. I'll be emailing those that expressed interest with details.
