Sunday’s club trip is a beginner/novice level trip on the Rivanna from Crofton to Palmyra. This is a 6.5’ish mile class I trip. At the expected water levels for Sunday, there will be a half dozen small rapids/riffles with moving flat water in between. Air temperatures look to be in the upper 60s, but the water will still be cold, so dress appropriately.
Meet at the Crofton put-in on South Boston Rd near Lake Monticello at 10:30am. We’ll drop boats, then set shuttle from there.
