Hi, Martha asked me to run this trip as she can not make it.
Meet at New Canton at 10am. If you drop off your boats at Hardware let me know to help me assess shuttle.
As of today, Thursday, 8/24, 10am the Scottsville gauge is going up. Currently at 1,300 cfs and 3.03 feet. Well above any minimum for this run.

I will meet you in New Canton at 10 AM. I will drop gear and Sandy Lyon at the Hardware putin first.

Caroline and Ted will go to the putin and drop Caroline and the boats and go to the take out at 10:00 am.

Trip is still on for today. I will be at New Canton by 10am. Plan for rain. Please note overall forecast is unhelpful as some places will get heavy rain and some very little. Our section of the James is forecast for light rain after Noon. Note word forecast in previous sentence. No worries if you choose to not show up.
So bring your smile and rain gear.
