I’m putting together some trips on the Appomattox from Matoaca to Petersburg on Saturday and Sunday. Meeting mid-day. Contact me for details (info in the club roster). This is a relatively short run and we are meeting fairly late so won’t stop for a formal lunch. I suggest we eat at the putin or before.
It is not ok to just show up. It is not ok to say you are coming and then show up with others in tow. Let me know ahead of time. It is not ok to show up and announce that you dropped your boat at the putin and just want a ride up. Let me know ahead of time. It is definitely not ok to hang out at the putin and assume someone will give you a ride up after. Let me know your desires ahead of time. No surprises!
