Paddle the Upper James tomorrow, Sunday?
Anyone want to boat tomorrow on the Upper around 11??
Envelope – Free stationary taken from the Marriott while on a business trip.
Snowflake address label – sent to me free and had to be used up.
Stained glass stamp – It was more then three feet away from me when I decided to get them so you know I didn’t see them clearly
Butterfly and Sunflower stickers on the back – Also free and required because the glue on the envelope was so old it no longer stuck.

Most definitely! But one of my biggest concerns is the dreaded Paddle Snake! If one of those gets your paddle at this level, it won't be found until it gets to the Baymarc m wrote:I understand the river is very high right now. Are there any steezy boofs or brown claws at this level?
Are you in town or still up in NoVA?

I'm in town. With the level so high I believe I will work on my flat water routine. I just got a new hi n dry for my paddle so hopefully the paddle snakes wont get it. If you go out there don't get chundered in a hole. Remember to hold your paddle 45 degrees to Polaris on your boof stroke and thrust your hips.
