LJ weekly paddle groups?

I know I've seen it somewhere but cannot find it; when do the weekly LJ paddle groups run? My local (Hampton Roads) paddle buddy is out for a month or so and I need to find some folks to boat with in the mean time. Thanks. -Rick

Sundays depart 14th Street at 11am
Wednesdays between 5-5:30 there are usually multiple groups to choose from
