Lower Yough Friday 7-25
In conjuction with the Summer Gathering, I will be coordinating a Friday afternoon lower Yough paddle. No launch permits are required on Fridays but we still need to purchase bus tokens.
Plan on meeting at the "Grassy Knoll" 1:30 Friday. We will shuttle from there.
I will be arriving at Tall Oaks around noon to set up camp. Feel free to meet me there if that's preferable.
Please let me know if you're planning join us.

Mangles are planning on being there for the Friday Paddle.
We'll meet you at the campground.

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming....WOW What a ride! . . . . . Trying to live up to this, Priceless. As long as you have good insurance!

I'm planning to be there on Friday. I will post again here if I can't get away in time, but it's looking good so far.
My understanding is that the grassy knoll is the parking lot across the street from the put in, around the intersection of Main St and Sugarloaf Road on Google Maps. If that's incorrect, someone please enlighten me.
Looking forward to it.
Cheers,
Nate

Can't make it after all, so don't wait. Not that I expected anybody to wait.Gnarly wrote:I'm planning to be there on Friday. I will post again here if I can't get away in time, but it's looking good so far.

Have a good run and I'll see everybody at the campground on Friday night, or on the water Saturday.
Nate
