OCT Winter Gathering Paddle Saturday January 25th
Upper and Lower James in RVA
Sejal and I will be Coordinating this paddle.
Please post, call, or PM. if you'd like to join us.
Please keep an eye on this post in case times change.
Schedule
10:30 - Folks participating in the Upper only or Upper/Lower trip should arrive at the 14th St. takeout and change into their gear.
10:45 - Upper/Lower group will shuttle to Pony and drop vehicles at Reedy for folks doing the Upper Only .
11:00 - Upper / Lower group puts on at Pony Pasture.
12:45 – Lower only group should arrive, change into gear and organize shuttle at 14th St.
1:00 - Lower group leaves 14th St heading for Reedy.
1:30 - Lower group meets up with the Upper / Lower group at Reedy. Upper only folks' vehicles are waiting for them at Reedy.
3:30 - Lower group takes out at 14th St.
5:00-6:30 - Dinner at Positive Vibe Cafe, http://www.coastals.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=13441

Trying to live up to this, Priceless. As long as you have good insurance!

Im going to change from "going" to "tentative" on account of the cold and wind chill tommorrow. I feel a little under the weather today so I'll see how I feel tomorrow morning before making my finial decision. It's should be georgous with all the ice and snow on the water so if I feel halfway decent tomorrow morning I will go! :D

Sorry but i just checked and my spray skirt doesn't fit my new boat. If I can make it REI I will try to be there for the lower. Regardless, I'll be at dinner and a movie.
