Post by stephanieb »

Had such a Great time last week end we're going to do it again. Tom Wood and I will be leading a trip on Saturday 17th launching at 10, Sunday at 9am, please respond here or pm so we can get a head count and get passes by Monday. We will be staying at Tall Oaks and have reserved sites 24-26, let us know if you will be camping with us as well. Thanks. Looking forward to sharing one of my favorite rivers with you!

Mango, paddling on Saturday & Sunday. :D :D
Giggles, paddling on Sunday. :D

Camping on Saturday Night only right now, working on logistics with Giggles paddling the Upper on Saturday.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming....WOW What a ride! . . . . . Trying to live up to this, Priceless. As long as you have good insurance!

Your post is for Sunday the 18th. Is the UY running then? And not Saturday the 17th?

I'll be there both days. Do you still have the extra permit for Saturday?

Looks like I am late to the party. I will try to get a pass on my own unless there are any left?

Jackie has secured my last pass. Everyone else is welcome to join us, please call PA State Parks 888-727-2757 and reserve a launch permit. I would also recommend callimng Tall Oaks and getting a campsite. We are in site# 26-27.

Ok, I got my pass for 10am Saturday. Guess my p.m. From a few days ago got lost. Will plan to camp with you all on Friday night. FYI I got mypass thru pa state parks website. There were only 4 more 10am launch slots left as of last night.
