Saturday, May 21 South Anna

Post by martha james »

The South Anna is up but should be down to a reasonable level by Saturday. Let's meet at the take-out on rt 54 at 10:30. It should be a great day for paddling. Let me know if you're coming.

What's the rating for it? I don't see anything on American Whitewater about it.

Maybe I am looking in the wrong place.

Saturday's trip is questionable. The river is high and isn't going down. Tune in tomorrow for more details.

I'm canceling the trip. As of 3:00, the gauge on the bridge at rt 33 is 6 ft. That's too high for me.
