Mangles will be leading the Bill Gordon's Annual Lower Yough Trip this year!
October 23 & 24
This date is past the permits and shuttle fee time period, so we won't
have to deal with any of that.
Let us know if you are interested in joining in on this long time Coastals Classic.
I will be letting you know when we get closer to the date, where we will be
staying and what time to meet.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming....WOW What a ride! . . . . . Trying to live up to this, Priceless. As long as you have good insurance!
Just some pictures from previous LY Trips.
So you can see the fun that you will be missing if you don't come!

Now it's time for the Bill Gordon's Annual Lower Yough Trip October 23 & 24.
We are planning on meeting at the "Grassy Knoll" at 10am on Saturday to set shuttle.
Then put on with the return of shuttle drivers.
It should be a bit chilly, so please dress accordingly.
Launch tickets and shuttle tokens will not be nessesary.
Sejal and I will be staying at KessmanN's Triple K Resort in Friendsville and he has put
out the welcome mat for anyone else who would like to stay there.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact either Sejal or me, contact info is in the first post.
Hope to see a lot of people for this Coastals Classic. Lets keep the tradition alive!

Corey and I are planning on comming up if I can work out a few things. It would be our first trip to that neck of the woods do you have an address or GPS coordinates of where you guys will be camping / staying, or can you recomend somewhere?
Is this just a Saturday paddle or will there be a Sunday paddle as well? If there is a Sunday paddle, any time set for meeting yet?
I am trying to work a few things out so that i can go...we'll see what happens.

Plan is to paddle on Sunday. I'm thinking that we will meet at 9am, so people can get on the road earlier if they want. But, time isn't carved in stone if the majority wants to change it.

I'm sure Dave would be all right with that.
Looking forward to getting back on the LY. Can't wait to see everyone.
