Upper & Lower James This Weekend (March 20/21)

Saturday, 11am, meet at 14th Street, for the Upper and Lower James.
Friends coming in from NC, who want to do the whole thing. I won't be running the Upper, just the Lower, so whoever wants to just run the Lower, meet at 14th Street at 12:30 and we'll be at Reedy for a rendezvous with the Upper Group at 1pm and drop off and/or continue.
If you only want to run the Upper, then be at Reedy at 11:15 and we can get you on the way through.

Same thing on Sunday, so Mr. Smith can make his return :shock: , although I may join in the Upper (also) on Sunday (undecided yet).

Come on out for either or both. :D

Looking like 7.5" on Saturday and 7/7.25" on Sunday.
Sunny and highs in the high 70's.

I know there are other trips for this weekend, so I made this a seperate post so as to not step on them or cause confusion. You are welcome to join us if these times work better. :wink:

On Sunday I will be at 11 at the 14th street take out to go both section.
On Saturday I try to will be on 12:30 at same place to go LJ

I'll be @ 14th St around 12:30.
Generally, I think that if I have the opportunity to paddle, and I've got something else to do or I feel like I shouldn't go for some reason, then I force myself to go and I always have a great time. So, I guess when in doubt -- Go, Paddle. -- Tommy Hilleke

Sundays (3/21) plan will be the same as todays, except the Lower Group will leave 14th Street at noon. The Upper Group was really fast today. :twisted:

11am Upper & Lower Group leave 14th St, headed to Reedy to pickup Upper only people, then proceed to Pony Pasture and put in.

Noon, Lower Only Group leaves 14th St headed to Reedy put in. Meet at Variation.

I think everyone had a good run today. Weather was great. Thanks to all who did and will come out. We had 10 on the Upper with 5 continuing
to meet the 9 for the Lower (total of 14 for anyone who went to LD :roll: ) Level was 7.5', I heard water temp was 51 degrees and air temp was...
well warm. :D Sunday should be around 7/7.25' with the same temps.

Giggles, could you have rolled any more........... :roll:
