Balcony or Maury on Sunday? [Maury It Is - See recent posts]
I'll probably be paddling Balcony or the Maury on Sunday depending on water levels. Late morning or noon start time.
I'll confirm on Saturday. Post a reply if you're interested.

Gromit and I may come that way on Sunday if the water doesn't hold in WV. Would you please email your cell # to lizdave(at)cox(dot)net so we can get in touch with you over the weekend.

Raymond,
Bill Hamill, my son Zac, and myself are interested in paddling the Pass on Sunday, assuming water level o.k. We are tentatively planning on meeting at old Winn Dixie parking at Cloverdale exit at 11 a.m. Would get to takeout around noon. But we could probably move that up some if you wanted to get an earlier start. Will check back on Saturday.

Raymond, theres a couple other threads on running Goshen Pass this weekend. If you want to lead or join a group there on Sunday I'll volunteer to lead a group on the Lower Maury on Sunday. Assuming you want to run Goshen, that is....if not, never mind
I just want to run Rockbridge Baths. The level will be perfect on Sunday.

Never let the absolute truth get in the way of a damn good story:)

The level for the Pass should hold and there are several folks planning to do Goshen Pass on Sunday.
The meeting time is noon at the Ledges take out.
Unless there is some serious rain tonight that affects the levels, we'll be running the Pass.
Andy Lee wants to run Rockbridge Baths down, and it's a great level for that. I'll let him post the meeting time for that trip.
Andy, I sent you an email about two people interested in your trip.

See you on Sunday at noon. I'll be coming down from Alexandria.

Goshen Pass on Sunday
Raymond,
If you don't mind a first timer, I plan on meeting you at noon. Haven't run the pass before, but has been on my list for a long time.
See ya there Steph (not in Richmond, visiting in Roanoke)

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming....WOW What a ride! . . . . . Trying to live up to this, Priceless. As long as you have good insurance!
