Balcony Falls Fun Run: Aug 5-6

Let us know how it went! Swim confessions and carnage reports are welcome, but it's not fair to tell on your buddies!

Thanks to everyone that boated with me on Saturday. Your patience and advice made my second whitewater trip fantastic. Hope to paddle with all of you again.

This was one of the funnest trips I've been on this year. 15 boaters from newbies on up. Everyone was just laid back and enjoying the scenery and chatting with each other, and good naturedly bouncing off rocks and getting stuck on ledges.

I really enjoyed the group effort to get everyone through Confluence successfully, and apologize to Ol Dawg for the scrapes on his leg where more than one kayak crashed into him. Thanks for fending everyone off the rocks, Will!

I especially liked the camraderie and the ribs at the Fancy Hill Restaurant afterwards. :D
