:D It was a lot of fun. Great level. A hair below 2.3. And the lovely gentlemen of Richmond were great guides. Justin did a great job of giving me just the right amount of beta and he was kind enough to let me have a rest when I asked! Guy and Shaggy were great sweeps. We didn't see any boaters walking though?

We had a great day and lots of fun. Thank you Gentlemen!!!

The day before we did the Top Yough.......I'll let those guys elaborate about that run, as I only did one run and had a lot of boating jitters to get rid of still at that point!

Why does a guy walking out of the UY remind you of JR? Is it because JR is constantly on your mind so just about anything reminds you of him? He is just right, after all.

The Top Yough was hot. We busted out three laps. Regrettably, we could not achieve our goal of a 30 minute lap. Upper 30’s / low 40s is the best we could do. Maybe next time.

Not getting in a 30 minute lap on the Top Yough made me angry.

JR was on the lower James on Saturday and did manage to swim. I don’t know details so I won’t speak to it, but I think it might be similar to when Julie gave him the hands-of-god. Gromit has the 411.

And why were you and the lovely wife not on the UY Saturday????
Envelope – Free stationary taken from the Marriott while on a business trip.
Snowflake address label – sent to me free and had to be used up.
Stained glass stamp – It was more then three feet away from me when I decided to get them so you know I didn’t see them clearly
Butterfly and Sunflower stickers on the back – Also free and required because the glue on the envelope was so old it no longer stuck.

Are you jealous, sweetie-pie? If it helps, I did think of you, too.

It says Q-tip but it’s probably Tommy wrote: And why were you and the lovely wife not on the UY Saturday????
Yes, Karl, why were you not out there, firing it up? Scooter says you and the misses were all better when he had dinner over there Friday night.

Nope. I have accepted the fact that I have no game compared to J.R.’s mad skilz with the ladies. It’d be like Ken and Alicia being jealous of mine and Guy’s tandemn prowress.
Please.

Alright so this is sad to say. I didn’t feel like doing a day trip (driving 8 plus hours) for just the Upper Yough when I can mountain bike on the JRPS system here in Richmond for less then an hour drive. Yes I’ve been board on the Upper Yough, but mostly due to the wife not allowing for alternative lines (National boof or time warp) or any fooling around (on the river that is).
