OCT Upper James 2/21

A balmy 67 degrees enticed 10 paddlers into various watercraft: 7 K-1's, a pair of OC-2's, and a SOT. The water was a tad chillier, though - brisk enough to induce an ice cream headache on the few intrepid souls who did a bit of roll practice. Some friendly surf waves, a couple of inviting holes, and lots of convivial chatter made for a great day on the river.

It was a great day on the river. Thanks for organizing. 8.3' and 19,000 cfs.
