Southeast Creeking Trip gets Hijacked (LBS)

Let us know how it went! Swim confessions and carnage reports are welcome, but it's not fair to tell on your buddies!

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming....WOW What a ride! . . . . . Trying to live up to this, Priceless. As long as you have good insurance!

Yeah next year I might just have to call it the Creeking trip, as if it wasn't vague enough already. Awesome trip I'm glad everyone could make it even with the last minute change.

Thanks John for organizing the South East (North East) Creeking Trip.
Laps were run on Bear Creek in Friendsville on Friday.
Saturday one group ran the Tygart Gorge and the other ran the Middle Fork of the Tygart. Both taking out at the same place.
Sunday was the Lower Big Sandy.

Thanks for:
KessmanN for letting us base out of his place in Friendsville.
Shaggy's sausage gravy and Greg's biscuits.
Jason for grilling on Friday evening.
Giggles for Mac & Cheese (that I finished for breakfast this morning)
Jackie 8) for shredding with me on the Tygart Gorge (11.7 miles, with a headwind :twisted::twisted:).
Jason, Ethan and Luke for helping carry the shredder out on the railroad tracks (3/4 mile). :D :D

A great time was had!

Thank you all for allowing me to join in on such a wonderful weekend. It was truly a pleasure getting to hang out with each and every one of you. Thanks John for making it happen and thanks to Dave for letting us stay at his place.

I had a wonderful time, even with my bum knee acting up on me:(

Bring on the rain this weekend!!!

Ethan
