Congratulations Wallace

Let us know how it went! Swim confessions and carnage reports are welcome, but it's not fair to tell on your buddies!

Congratulations Wallace

Post by Dave K's Agent »

Last night, my sources told me that Wallace fired up two laps on the Tellico yesterday.

Skeptical, I checked the graph and there does seem to be two spikes on or about the time that Wallace would have been dropping Baby Falls. Guess he had a better line on the second lap as indicated by the smaller blip.

Congrats, bro.

Way to go Wallace!!! :D

I heard that the last time KessmanN was there he had a 95% swim
Envelope – Free stationary taken from the Marriott while on a business trip.
Snowflake address label – sent to me free and had to be used up.
Stained glass stamp – It was more then three feet away from me when I decided to get them so you know I didn’t see them clearly
Butterfly and Sunflower stickers on the back – Also free and required because the glue on the envelope was so old it no longer stuck.

Hear about it? Player, you saw it from up on shore in the box seats for great big kitty kats.

Good thing Jug didn't decide to kitty kat out on the third lap like you did and was there to save me .

Really glad I didn't kitty kat out on the third lap with you 'cause then I wouldn't be getting talked about right now!

It is still one of my favorite rivers, very lucky to catch it this week even better with Dave and Liz.

I'm happy to say I agree about the Tellico. Lots of drops with clean lines in and out, and a simple shuttle make for a prime day on the river. I have to take issue with the graph of the levels, though. We actually ran Baby Falls twice on the first lap and then once again on the second lap. I felt like the lines and the re-entry got better each time, so maybe those earlier spikes are from the first lap and the small one at the end is from the second. Just trying to be clear here. I wouldn't want to mislead anyone. Thanks to Karl and Joann for cooking up the trip and for encouraging us to come. Yous guys rock!!!

Thanks, it really was a great day. :D
Saturday we paddled the upper and middle Ocoee. I "survived" the olympic section by rolling my way down the left side with leadership and coaching from Karl and JoAnn. That is some fast water - phew! I don't think the British Oympic team will be calling me to join them for 2012!
