I live in Culpeper.....been down the Conway a couple times and the Tye once. I'd be up for either.

There are several creeks in my area that are running tho. Conway, South, Rose, and Rapidan will all be rollin so lots to choose from.

Trevor,

What do you say to meeting at 10:30am at Kinderhook, the old village along the Conway where VA Route 613 crosses the Conway bridge and joins VA Route 667? It is where I took out on my one run of the Conway.

If you can scout any of the more northern creeks and rivers on the way to the Conway we would have information to go if the Conway is too low (or too high, which is not impossible.) The Rose River sounds interesting.

A couple of us are going to scout the Upper Rapidan later to see what the wood situation is like. It may still have a little bit of water. Unfortunately I doubt we will be boating it as we are both on injured reserve right now.

On another note, Gooney Run is was at 1.75'(beefy) at 7:30 this morning and dropping slowly. If you decide to run it bring your "A" game.

What ever you do..have fun!
