May 16: No Branch Potomac Whitewater Release

The fourth and final whitewater release from Jennings Randolph Lake for 2026 was scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, May 16th and 17th. The release was scheduled to be 1,000 cfs from 10am to 4pm each day.
However, please note that due to recent conditions, the Sunday, May 17th release is being cancelled. The release for Saturday, May 16th will be held as scheduled, with a 1,000 cfs release from 10am to 4pm.
