OCT, Sat, Aug 31 Seven Islands

For those of you who paddled Saturday Aug 31 during the pulse release impact on the Seven Islands section of the James at low water, your 11 am launch was at 3.0 ft and at 3 pm it was 3.4 ft a river rise of 5 inches. The pulse peak was at 9 pm at 3.79 ft. a day long river rise of 9.5 inches.
The cfs numbers are 1330 cfs at 11 am and 1810 cfs at 3 pm. For reference, 2500 cfs the right channel opens up. At 5500 cfs is a no go condition for me.
