OCT Lower Yough 7/22-23 Summer Gathering
I'll be coordinating the Lower Yough Trip for the Summer Gathering 2023.
Meeting at the put in at 9am and run shuttle, drop as many vehicle at the takeout, drive back as few as possible.
With plans to be on water at 10am.
Launch passes and shuttle tokens will be bought individually on site, so bring $10 per person for that.
If your new to this just get with me in the parking lot and I’ll walk you thru it.
We will stop about half way at Swimmers and have lunch/snack and surf if that’s what you’re into.
Total time on river can be from 3-5 hours depending on group dynamics.
Let me know if you’re planning on joining us. This can be a good “First Timers Trip” but let me know so I can make sure we have support.
Meeting and camping are planned for Tall Oaks Campground.
Info on that will be on this thread. http://www.coastals.org/forum/viewtopic ... faca76baf2
Folks, please reserve for the group camping in advance via the link in the post for Coastals to get credit and we don't have to pay more for the pavilion/etc.
