Hey folks, we're only a month away from our Summer Gathering so it's not too early to reserve camping.
Please see below stolen from Liz's post on the Community forum.
There will be separate threads for paddling as the date gets closer (novice, intermediate & advanced).
The program will be a potluck dinner.

The summer meeting is set for July 21 and 22 in Ohiopyle with the camping and shindig at Tall Oaks.

Pavilion 1 along with GROUP tent sites 4 and 7 (with 12 as backup) have been reserved.

Reservations must be done prior to arrival.
Tent sites are $16 per person per night. Shower 50cents for 10 mins H2O.
There is a $5 visitor fee if not camping there.

For those familiar with the quagmire of Tall Oaks, it has been bought by Wilderness Voyageurs and has been improved and less quagmire-ish! -Liz

I spoke to Candi today & confirmed there is a grill at our pavilion. Bring charcoal.

Dinner: On Saturday, a potluck dinner starts at 6 pm for

Will Coastals be providing charcoal/lighter fluid/access to grills where we are meeting for dinner on Saturday night?

Sorry, Ole, no, but the pavilion has a grill adjacent to it.
We will supply paper products.

YES (as I said above on 7/12: "I spoke to Candi today & confirmed there is a grill at our pavilion. Bring charcoal."

There is also water and electricity at the pavilion.
