Lower James Lap 7/3 or 7/4

I will be in Richmond for the long weekend and I would be interested in paddling a lap with someone. It has been many years since i paddled the downtown section so I am looking for someone to follow. I just paddled the UG and then the NRG this past weekend so my skills are up to the task. Just looking for a companion or a group. Jamie
