5/14 Rockbridge Baths section of Maury

In conjunction with Alicia's Goshen Pass trip on Sat, I am coordinating an alternative run on the Maury from Rockbridge Baths P.O. (or Indian Springs if someone can take lead on the river for the first part) to Copper Road. This section is a class 2-3 run for those of us who don't want the challenge of a Goshen Pass run. We will also meet @ noon next to the Rockbridge Baths P.O. (please park across the road). Please let me know if you're coming by Thurs night. All are welcome!

Reminder to folks using the Copper Road T/O - please drive very slowly adjacent to the river. We've been asked to by tenants there because of pets. Thanx.

I may switch my Tye/Piney trip to join you on RB. depends if there are people that prefer Tye/Piney.

I'd like to do both the Tye/Piney and R. Baths! Sorry I can't be decisive yet. Part of the decision is based on if there will be enough people to drag me out of the river.
(I have talked with a landowner 15 minutes downriver from Copper Road at Alone Mill who will let us take out there if we want.)

I am not going to be able to come on the trip that I have announced and coordinated with my earlier post
I am still among the working and have just had a deadline project dumped on me at the last minute. While you all are on the river, I'll be stuck in front of a computer. As my grandchildren would say, "NOT FAIR!"
I'd be appreciative if someone (Ginny N -- hint, hint) would be willing to take over coordination and river lead of the trip. I will be with you in spirit.

Late notice here, also. I am riding up with the Kayak Cowboy. There is "maybe" from C'ville as well. Will keep you posted on whether he can make it in time or not.
