I'm. My wife and son are going to hike and mill around while we are on the river if anyone not paddling wants some company.

If I don't get a creek boat before this trip goes down you might not want to miss this show.

I see where the Lower Big Sandy ran earlier this week and rain is forecast for late next week.

It would be a real bummer if that or the Top Yough ran during the Summer Meeting .

LBS without a dry suit would definitely be a bummer. Earlier this year we got treated to a UY release with TY at about 500CFS for a little after dinner treat. That was a good day.

Heads up for anyone looking to boat Saturday as it is Friendsville Days.
Paddlers coming to run the Upper Yough should park in the field; people will be directing traffic. Enter the town from the west. Do not attempt to drive through town from 12:00 - 1:00, when the parade will be running. Stay and enjoy the festivities afterwards!

Thanks for the heads up Dave!
There will be a group looking to set shuttle before noon to play before the race.

Nice.

Shawn, let’s stay in touch about Saturday. I need to put on early and have our car at the bottom so I can get over to the meeting. Sounds like you guys might be able to help if you're up for it.

You might even get to paddle with Jackie.

Sorry I'm not going to make it for Friday. Thanx for offering it, though. Another time, I hope.
