Lynchburg downtown YMCA roll practices

Post by Vertpaddler »

Here's the roll practice details as I have been told by the Aquatics Director. 2 lanes of the lap pool (81 degrees) will be open from 2-4PM on Sunday afternoons through Feb. There is a 5 dollar fee for non-members. Be sure to have your boat squeaky clean before you get there. Helmets and life jackets required. This is self service clinic, no instruction provided.
