Forecast is for >70 degrees. Anyone want to meet at noon at the takeout?

The weather's supposed to be nice Saturday and Sunday so I need to figure out which day I'm paddling. Have you got room for one more?

I've never paddled this late in the season, will I be okay in a drytop/farmer john wetsuit combo?

That's all I'll be wearing. With the air temperature being so warm, I expect I'll be rolling just to cool off. If the river is at the upper end of your skill level and you don't have a bomb proof roll, you may want to reconsider. Otherwise, come join us!

I'd never jinx myself by saying my roll was bombproof but in a half a dozen LJ descents and twice as many flips I haven't had to swim. (Maybe I jinxed myself anyway). I suppose no matter how bombproof your roll is you'll need to dress for the swim.

Anyhow, my hot water heater just died  so I'll be working that tomorrow instead. Thanks for the offer. I'll try to catch the 11AM Sunday group.

I'll join you at 12:30 if I can arrange it My roll isn't bombproof, as I demonstrated last week, but at least I stayed warm. This time I'll bring a different boat.
