4rth of July paddle- UJ at 10:30am

Anybody in town want to do a 4rth of July paddle? Id prefer the Upper if it is above 7ft but if it is low I dont mind trying the lower again. Or both.
Anything we should know about going on in the James River Park System tomorrow, like will Pony access be crazy or anything?

I'm interested in upper (if over 7 feet) or lower. Morning is better for me.

Would like to go in morning 9 or 10 maybe? I am comfortable on upper at this level, but will have another paddler who is newer paddler who has been out up to 6.5ft on upper. Would like to bring along with a group, if everyone is comfortable with that idea. Please let me know if we could tag along. Thanks! Brad
