If you paddle in Richmond, by know you should know the JRPS Manager, and visionary, Ralph White....
This Friday is Ralph's last day.
At 4:30 he will lead his annual, and last, Winter Solstice walk across the Belle Isle Footbridge. Let's get as many folks as possible to join us in saying thank you!
