A C-villain has texted me an SOS from Richmond: he planned to bring a buddy on Lower James trip this evening, but a logistics failure has left him 1 PFD short. If anyone in the area has a PFD he could borrow for a short time, I'm sure he would be very grateful.
If it means anything, I'll vouch for him and take responsibility for its return.
