I will do my leventy leventh Seven Islands float trip this Saturday in my tandem canoe.
The water level is low, but we have done it lower, the water temperature is dropping and much better than the 97 of several weeks ago. The better news is the air temperature should be in the upper 80's. Best news is two blade paddlers, kids, and dogs are welcome.

Meet 10:00 am Hardware River DGIF put in. Run shuttle to New Canton.
My vehicle will not be available for shuttle. We do not want to hold anyone up because we want to be the last off the river, long about sundown.
River left channel is the preferred route at this level at Seven Islands.

I will have a water cannon, so come on the paddle but stay out of range, unless you got a bigger cannon. Should be fun.

Its Thursday night. Do you have your Saturday paddling plans? If you want to join us on the Seven Islands, let me know. I need to know if we will have enough for a shuttle.
We are into warm temperatures and low humidity....Feels more like Sept than August.
