Riverrock paddling
Anyone not racing the boatercross? anyone want to run a lap or 2 in the AM before the festivities get started?
Nothing too early since I'm coming from Staunton. 10:00 at 14th st (meet up time, not departure time.)

Justin, I think a few of us plan on meeting at Reedy @ 8:00 to get a couple of laps in, so 10:00 could be a possible shuttle. In the meanwhile, for training purposes, listen to this song at least a dozen times. It's the equivalent of 10 practice runs.

I'll be there @ 8am for the first lap and hopefully a second starting a little before 10am (I gotta be off the water and on the road home by 11:30).
Generally, I think that if I have the opportunity to paddle, and I've got something else to do or I feel like I shouldn't go for some reason, then I force myself to go and I always have a great time. So, I guess when in doubt -- Go, Paddle. -- Tommy Hilleke
