Hey there little Davey KessmanN, what is needed at the house that I could bring!!!
Envelope – Free stationary taken from the Marriott while on a business trip.
Snowflake address label – sent to me free and had to be used up.
Stained glass stamp – It was more then three feet away from me when I decided to get them so you know I didn’t see them clearly
Butterfly and Sunflower stickers on the back – Also free and required because the glue on the envelope was so old it no longer stuck.

The cheat cannon would be a PFD for me but I think it's within my skill set. Also maybe upper Big Sandy. Also comfortable on the LY but I would probably bring my smaller boat for that.
I've got a seat open in the truck leaving Richmond on Friday night headed to the Triple K. Give a shout if you wanna carpool.
Generally, I think that if I have the opportunity to paddle, and I've got something else to do or I feel like I shouldn't go for some reason, then I force myself to go and I always have a great time. So, I guess when in doubt -- Go, Paddle. -- Tommy Hilleke

I think I have finally gotten off the fence and will be headed up myself. Probably head that way Thursday so I can paddle Friday, Sat, and Sunday. Not sure what I will be paddling yet. Would like to hit the Cheat, I think!

Here are my Saturday options...
1) Cheat Canyon - unfortunately I can't get up there to paddle this on Friday so I'd love to get out there on Saturday but this is a PFD for me so I'm only going to go with someone willing to show me the lines.
2) Upper Big Sandy - This is a PFD for me but I think its within my comfort zone to scout and run without knowing lines.
3) Any other local III-IV creeking opportunities.
4) Lower Big Sandy - PFD, need someone to show me the lines, plan on porting 1 or 2 rapids. I'm not planning on driving a vehicle that will negotiate the takeout.
5) Cheat Narrows - PFD for me but not too exciting.
6) LY - Not too excited about this either since I'll be paddling it on Sunday.
I think its a safe assumption the canyon will be running. Sandy is level dependent but the forecast looks slightly promising.
