O.C.T. JUL25 LOWER JAMES - RICHMOND VA

The rains have help mother natures creatures but not much is making into the rivers, plans are to paddle the lower section of the James River in Richmond from Reedy Creek put in to 14th St take out (~ 2 miles). Rapids are class III (at predicted level of less than 4 ft on the Westham gauge). Let me know if you want to participate in this trip. Meeting time will be 9:30 a.m. at 14th St take-out. Please be prompt.
