Waynesboro Riverfest needs paddlers

Hey Paddlers,

Waynesboro Riverfest contacted me about paddlers willing to take folks down a 2 mile section of the South River from Main Street to North Park on Saturday May 3rd. They will provide canoes and are looking for some experienced paddlers to show folks this section of the South. It would be multiple runs down, with shuttles provided back to Main Street. The section is 1-2 though a wooded/industrial area along the section of the 2nd phase of the Waynesboro Greenway Trail which is under construction. It will highlight a section that needs being brought to the public's attention. I think they need folks from 9-3.
