Well i have to back out on this trip. I was looking forward to it. My wife church doesnt have enough volunters for there fall events that weekend and i was volunterred that weekend. sorry i will ask my friends if they are still interested in going with out me.
With only two of us, I'm afraid I'm canceling this trip. I'll be doing a similar non OCT in February for the second Rappahannock River Ramble and will post more about it as it gets closer.
Since I cancelled this trip I've had several people show interest in the Sunday portion. I've got permission from the family to open Sunday back up for this trip. We'll set the shuttle from Old Mill Park in Fredericksburg at 1030. It's about a 20-30 minute drive and 4 hours on the water. Plan on stopping for lunch on the river.
The water is a little low, but still runnable. Weather forecast is sunny with a high of 75.
