A little last minute, but I was wondering if any1 was heading out to the Upper James for scouting lines, practice moves, etc.

Oh? Either is fine w/me, but my "newbie" status had me thinking the Upper was Pony and the Lower = Belle/Tredegar.

The river is at 4.2(good beginner level), so we can make a run from Pony to Reedy without scraping the whole way. We can play at Pony and then paddle down. Thre are several spots to work on catching eddies.

How about we stay with Friday run of the upper. I can do earlier than 5 but am I am flexible. Prefer 3pm.
