In the past we parked at the put in and caught shuttle back up, from what I understand you cannot park at the takeout. You can also camp at the put in but I hear its kinda a party scene.

I would like to ride out there and run on sunday. it would be my first time and my girlfriends first also. If any of you can help us down i would appreciate it very much. I will get back to tighten up times and whatnot later

Its def a real fun paddle but you gotta wait for the rain on that one. Watch the gauge and try and catch it between 4-6 feet. If it comes up any time soon i will shoot you a pm .

9 works for me. Have you been down there since the dam broke? Pretty gnarly hole and if you get washed along the dam there are def some sketchy strainers out there, I havent ran it yet, we just put in below buckmans. looking foward to paddling with yall see ya sat.

I ran the app today with a few friends, we did 2 laps on the upper part (buckmans dam to ferndale park) there weren't any strainers or anything to worry about.
